The purpose of reporting your sighting/loss to animal control is mostly for information and not for them to come out and haze them for you. We need accurate statistics to back up our complaints. One news article reported something ridiculous like 25 sightings and 12 losses in 2014. How can we be taken seriously with those numbers. If all were reported it would be more like hundreds of sightings and approaching 100 losses. Keep reporting, keep hazing and be sure all your neighbors are on board.
