The race season for Huber Motorsports ended at DRR last Friday. Friday was the last points night. Caitlyn ended on a good note with a win in her heat and a 3rd in the feature. She ran 2nd almost the entire race until the very end. She caught lapped traffic and Brandon Bell squeaked by at the finish line. I was able to get a heat win also from a third starting spot. In the feature Kyle Jarrett was pressuring me the whole time. I caught lapped traffic and chose the wrong line letting Kyle get by. Then I was putting the pressure on him. With one lap to go a mechanical failire ended Kyles night. I held the lead after the final restart for our 2nd feature win. Both Caitlyn and I ended up 2nd in points. I ended up 45 points out of first which is the maximum number of points you can get in a night. It would of been a tight race for the top spot had we not missed a week of racing.
