The real Gold lies in the fact that the original film footage of THINGS (1989) is somewhere in Andys basement, and that footage is as sharp as looking at Super 16mm, possibly even 35mm... Although that is a stretch... The original film footage is sharp. It was in the transfer where the footage was smudged. Andy did not chose to sue them... The transfer from film to tape. with a good 50,000 dollars or more, I could be persuaded to match the perfectly sharp original footage. Andy might want more money. Im not sure he would want to go through the torture. But I might give it a try... There would have to be money on the table. This is a huge task... an enormous task... THINGS part 2???
