The really amazing thing? When my dinner was done cooking, Big Guy and I were too excited to eat. So, I turned everything off. For like an hour. And after the game, when we finally had calmed down enough, I had to reheat the gravy, but the pork chops were delish. Juicy, not dry, yet so tender you could cut them with your fork and they were thick boneless ones. Just a yummy dinner to follow a yummy game. Given how crazed I was during the game, I cant believe any of the dinner turned out well, and it was all perfect. No complaints here. Now Im writing, then will take more cold meds and sleep.
