The reason I am in the hospital IS related to the fall, but.I should say the falls are not at the root of the problem. the problem is 2 parts. 1 - my hemoglobin count was 5.9 (that is the red blood cells count) but my body is producing lots and lots of little new cells so we had to find out where the blood was going,. I had a colonoscopy and it turns out I had a cm polyp that was bleeding inconsistently. It has been removed, not cancerous, and so far my blood count is remaining stable. They had given me 2 units of blood and one unit of plasma the day before. 2- severe malnourishment (not my fault, they did not tell me how much food I had to take in my PEG tube) I was down to 96 pounds. So it is no wonder I was weak and falling. Probably a few days after I get out of here z9probably Monday at the earliest) I will be going back to re-hab for a few weeks. NOT looking forward to that! At least I got to see most of my garden sprout, have not been able to get out to it for almost 4 weeks,. Daniel has been taking care of it and apparently it is doing well. Told me last night that the sunflowers were about 9 tall and he was going to harvest some cherry tomatoes today. From his description it sounds beautiful. Guess I do know what I am doing when it comes to custom mixing my soil. I was going to order some earthworms but never got around to it. I may still get them, I know it cant hurt! 1/3 of the garden never got planted, maybe I will, be home in time to plant some fall veggies. I still have 1/3 of empty garden and by the time I am home to stay most of the summer veggies will be ready for the compost in n Daniel picked up for me. Maybe plant some Christmas peppers for Daniel to give to preferred customers, or sell them somewhere. If I do that I will have to order some 4 pots. Just realized, I got some nasturtium planted but didnt get around to planting the marigolds or catnip. Well, never too late for catnip or spearmint. Didnt get my potatoes or celery planted either. No worries tho, I will happily get started all over again in about 7 months. We do have a very long growing season here, basically only mid-December thru mid February there will not be much that will grow. Enough rambling, at least I just put mself in a better mood! Love you all, Yall!
