The recent grant of LG autonomy and the scrapping of the State Electoral Commission call for jubilition. Praying that these constitutional amendments will be effected before the year runs out. We are indeed developing politically and the huge money expended on the Contitutional Conference may however not be a waste. Hope the State House of assembly wll give their support to meet the constitutional provision
