The retired police officer who shot and killed a man in a movie theater in Florida recently may get off very lightly due to his defense lawyers using self defense clause because he felt threatened by man texting in the movie theater and also because he is classed as senior citizen in Florida that would allow him to plead self defense based on his age, the law provisions him of a lesser charge because he is an older person and a retiree.... He may not even serve time according to many lawyers.... Sucks to live in Florida if you get shot with a gun without reason.... Smdh
