The event will promote youth non-violence and anti-bullying. Open to ALL. Today’s message is just to encourage you. You have what it takes. You ARE good enough. You CAN and WILL get through it. All of us have self-doubts from time to time. While many of us may present public confidence, we all struggle with personal insecurities. Many of us lack confidence because of traumatic experiences in our past that we have yet to recover from. Or maybe you didn’t grow up with a father and you find yourself searching for validation from others. Or maybe you’ve made some mistakes and wish you could have a “re-do” to do things differently. But in spite of all of those things, YOU STILL CAN BE GREAT. How do I know? Because God is with you. And the beautiful thing about walking with God is that HIS strength IS MADE PERFECT IN OUR WEAKNESSES. In other words, whatever we struggle with, HIS POWER OVERCOMES IT. As long as God is with you, there is no limit to what you can do. The key now is thinking like this. Living like this. Having confidence like this. Stop focusing on your lack, for we all have some areas of lack. Instead focus on God, who sustains us IN SPITE OF OUR LACK! Thank You Lord! 2 Corinthians 12:10: Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
