The right to farm, is fundamentally a freedom that is exclusive to that of the rights of the property owner. It isnt noted in the Constitution, but you should note, that not all our rights are not noted in the Constitution. Those rights not mention in the Constitution are protected by the Constitution limiting what the government can do.
