The rules of morality are dirt simple. Any 4 year old has mastered everything he will need to make healthy moral decisions, & his conclusions are the same the world over - lying, cheating, stealing, or initiating violence has consequences. However easy it is to figure out what is right, it is impossible for anyone to ever know what is legal. In one of the more socialized lands, the U.S. 3-letter regulatory agencies make 10,000 regulations/year on every detail of American life, 20X more laws than Congress. This is far more than any mortal can read, let alone comprehend.
