The run down: Officer Horne sees another cop choking an handcuffed suspect. The officer doing the choking turns around and punches officer Horne in the face and the other cops pull her away keeping her from defending herself. Officer Horne is then fired and is not being allowed to collect a pension. Officer Chokie-Punch on the other hand kept his job and went on to shoot a black teenage with a bb gun while other officers held him down. That got him fired. Officer Horne...still not getting her pension. #JusticeIsDead
