The runner who doesnt give proper attention to his/her feet, joints, muscles tone and stretching, style and rhythm of ride, briefly said, to structural problems, is poised to get injured. The fastest you run, the harshest the injury. This is the ABC rule for every training sportsman, pro or amateur alike. Really sad that so many countries overlook such a basic rule when they run and run and run through a so called and typical miracle spell. We Italians had one as well and we ended up not so nicely for that same reason. Turkey has run really fast, riding the wave of rising demographics, wild labour environment, stable political situation and the admirable capacity of Turks to work really hard, but kept a very slow pace on overall structural upgrading. Now the bill is landing on the table and its a heavy one.
