The salesmen at Crown Toyota are waaaay too pushy. More pushy than your average car salesman. One of the guys instantly tried getting me to test drive a car I said multiple times I did not like or want. He even had the nerve to go get the keys and push the subject some more. While I went out to testdrive the vehicle I was actually interested in, the salesman took my car keys to my vehicle and took pictures of it to give to his boss to give me a trade in quote. I immediately asked to speak to the boss and the boss brushed it off like it was no big deal. They couldnt even give me a fair price on my vehicle. Mine is a 2012 with less than 30K miles in great condition and they offered a trade in value of $7,000. Are you kidding me? That was a slap in the face. Never again will I go back to them. They really need to work on customer service and knowledge about vehicles.
