All they do all day is jump repeatedly from your bin to your plate, spreading diseases with a blatant disregard for hygiene standards. However, when no-ones looking, flies have amazingly human traits, at least according to one sketch artist. So instead of flies buzzing around last nights takeaway, pestering the cat, or annoying the ears of horses, we get to see the lighter side of a flys life. While not in the same league as Damien Hirsts picked sheep, some people may take umbrage at seeing the corpses of flies used as caricatures. But the series of images could do wonders for the PR of flies, who usually receive nothing more than a sharp swat on a friendly fly-by.
