The service you do on your clients is uniquely different from services they receive from all other places. Why? Because you’re the only professional in their life they let touch them and feels good about the touch! When your client goes to the doctor, they hate the touch! They want to hurry up and get out of there because it hurts! But,your clients love your touch because it feels good! When you massage their head while shampooing their hair This is what they say this is my favorite part-I wish I could have this done everyday. Heres my point: Show me Stylists with high Retail, Rebook, & Referral Rates and I’ll show you stylists giving great massages during the shampoo service. On the other hand show me Stylists with low rates and I’ll show you stylists who have the hose em down-speed it up & get em out attitude.For stylists with the wisdom to know the difference and the willingness to carry it out OMG does the dynamite boom.
