The shortest review I could find that does justice to this beautifully filmed, very emotional film. So, so powerful...epic in the humanity category!! Reese Witherspoon is exceptional, Laura Dern is a subtle powerhouse as the mother all of us can relate to and grieve...the photography is stunning, the editing superb, the sound track moving and appropriate...simply beautiful! Its not a special effects film...while I loved Mockingjay last week, and cannot wait to see the last installment of the Hobbit next week...this is touching, gripping, and very, very real...I want to see it again...soon!! Oh, and maybe for the first time, I am going to say the film is better than the book! :D
