The shrinking map Mr. Martens used in his explanation to make the frack ban permanent made it inevitable that fracking wasnt worth the risk and the one way investment without benefit to the NY residents affected. Dr Zucker pretty much summed it up when he said because of the rigorous research and science, he wouldnt want his family living near a frack site, therefore nobodys family should have to endure living near fracking sites. Wyomings EPA ground water study was used as a reference. Its a shame Governor Mead doesnt make his decisions using the science. But then again he signed into law the banning of new climate science standards in schools. You can see and hear the outcome of the public health report and conclusion on banning fracking in the Governors meeting starting at the 45 minute mark. Had to see it for myself. KT
