The shut down affected my fishing, going out to the lake I pasted ten plus antelope and eight mule deer with a young eight point buck perfect freezer meat, tender and plump within ten feet of my car window, it was all I could do to leave my pistol holstered. The fish were busting the surface eating everything in sight but my worm, one bite but I pulled to soon trying to avoid the fish swallowing my hook, and that was the only bite all morning. Perfect weather, perfect water conditions it was the best fishing weather one could possibly expect. Do you think the fish are from a federal hatchery and heard about the shut down? I live surrounded by the Medicine Bow National forest on all sides, could be the fish had to shut down to and forfeit all pay and benefits. Should I contact my House Representative and complain?
