The sign of hope in Leyte, is Electricity. Department of Energy Secretary is ready to fix the electricity before Christmas. The DOE Secretary stated, that they have man power now to turn the electricity back ON. I take six months to turn the power back, but they Department will make sure that it will return by December 24. But if the power didnt come back by December 25, He will submit his resignation. President Aquino will be staying in Leyte until the operation is complete. He will be using the Malandaya Fund for the additional Relief Goods. According to the President, its a great challenge for him to feed Millions of people a day. The Government still finds a way to recover. Battleships from US, Britain and Brunai came this morning for their relief operation. Black Hawks flew to each barangay carrying relief goods. US Navys born in Leyte, helped their Kababayans. Manny Pacquiao plans to help the people in Leyte after his fight is Macau. Hes unable to come due to his training and he will be going to Macau for his preparation for his match on Sunday.
