The situation in Ugandan capital city reminds me of this situation about some greedy African men who wanna be the kitchen monitors, who wanna taste the food in the kitchen when their wives are cooking (in my culture men never interfered in kitchen issues). I thought that the laws of Uganda separate the works of the Central & Local governments. This is the problem you get when you interfere with what was not supposed to be your job! okulookalooka noyagala olye mu lulime nemuluzise. Toyinza kugenda mu gwanswa na gwanyama at once.. Gano gemazima. You may be doing good but you may end up achieving nothing in the longrun. You see how Jenniffer Musisi has suspended all NCCA work? She is doing a good job, but where does her roles end and under whose mandate?
