The sixth match was an Extreme Championship match between defending champion Rex Tyranus and Constantine. As Constantine made his entrance towards the ring, Rex attacked Constantine in the aisle, delaying the start of the match. When Rex and Constantine finally entered the ring, Constantine attempted many submission holds to no avail, but he continued to attack Rex in an attempt to keep him from getting up. Constantine then left the ring to get a steel chair, but Rex took the chair and attacked Constantine with it, which caused the referee to end the match as a result of a disqualification. Constantine won the match, but not the title. After the match, Rex hit Constantine with a steel chair repeatedly until UWCL officials ran in to control Rex.
