The slow cooker is one of my favorite ways to cook healthy meals during busy weeks - this morning I prepares to make HONEY GARLIC GLAZE chicken thighs - Im letting it cook 6-7 hours while I am gone - Ill eat with a brown rice and vegetable mix - THE SAUCE IS HONEY -KETCHUP - LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE - and GARLIC ...- I also am letting some sweet onions and jalapeño Caramelize with the chicken - yum!!! I love to play with flavors -- this meal was less than $1 per serving
