The song No Man is an Island has really been on my heart the past couple of weeks. It is just a reminder of how God created us to be in relationship with not only Him, but also with other believers. As a church I feel it is important to be reminded of this. No man is an Island. We need each other. I know for me it can be so easy to feel alone or disconnected from other believers. But the reason I feel that way is due to lies I start to believe (no one likes me, everyone is judging me, I dont need anyone) as well as not having the heart of Christ where I should love people unconditionally, even if it were true that people were judging me and hurting me. So...I just wanted to encourage each of you, if you are feeling alone, disconnected, or just going through a hard time, remember you have your Christian family around that was specifically placed in your life for times such as these.
