The spiritual / social aspect of health is often neglected especially by NYers. In this fast paced life, make sure you take the time reboot the brain with some meditative practice, and make sure you have a space or community that provides a sense of connectedness to the world around you. Without this we become highly vulnerable to disorders such as anxiety, depression, and burnout. Note: to those always on the go - its a scary thing to endure. Start with just a few minutes every other day. It should leave you feeling refreshed.
