The spring 2015 spotter training season will kick off a month from this evening on February 24th. The training sessions are hosted by local emergency managers and amateur radio groups with presentations by staff from the National Weather Service in Des Moines. All the sessions are free of charge and open to the public on a first come, first served basis. Pre-registration is not required.
