The statistics show that given the right training young men of color succeed in whatever field they are trained in. Now look at this example of misused funds. It takes 50 thousand a year to incarcerate a man/woman in the penal Institution. It comes to 500 thousand for a ten year sentence. Now a job program was initiated in jackson with a 70,000 $$ ceiling on it and they tried to lump in a big population of felons and discriminated against certain types of felons.now you could have seen a training program that would teach a person trade skills to work in any particular field that they choose all while helping them to find employment. Yet there has been the closing of schools in our communities, the trade programs have been gutted and yet they find millions to keep men/women locked up and im not excusing any criminal activity that people commit.yet to not spend a tenth of what you pay in a year to keep a person locked up and then find reasons to build new jails why not train young people to be better citizens and thereby a tax payer and not a ward of the state.im an unlearned man so they say but even I can see the elephant in the room. Black history fact. We are not considered as a human being we are used as livestock.or produce.they pay farmers not to farm certain crops and they pay subsidies to states to keep the man of color from succeeding. If my take is wrong please help me to understand.
