The stock market is witnessing heightened activities and is increasingly getting importance. The main objective of this paper is to study the impact of fiscal stimulus on Indian share markets. The impact on stimulus is seen by taking analyzing the share prices of the market leader of the companies within the sector in which stimulus package has been given? This will be seen by the mean of share prices of the market leader of those sectors in which the incentive has been given. It the same will be done for the market indices. The sharp slowdown in the U.S. economy had several adverse consequences, especially for trade and investment. The other countrys investors from Indian stock market tips flew away, which contributed to the tumbling of share market indices. Led by the Dow Jones index, which dropped by some points, share market shows around the world, including in India, fell.
