The stolen service dog has been found! Thank goodness! An arrest has been made (thank you Pet Pagers for the update!) Can anyone figure out why people would leave an animal tied up to a light pole, bike rack, etc even for a second? Check the comments in the earlier post by Pet Pager Gail Parker about the dog theft ring going on. Do not leave them out! They deserve so much better than what a thief will give them.
