The storm has done its worst. I am very lucky indeed. It veered south of the main center of the island and missed me for the most part. All it did here was rain a lot, and the wind blew stronger than normal. There are other parts of the island that were not so lucky. They got very strong winds that blew down trees, and they lost power. Fallen trees caused lots of trouble all over the place. My power never went out. I never lost my Internet service, and my cell phone worked all night. Well, I think it did. I slept. Yes, I was able to get a decent nights sleep with a few interruptions from rattling windows and pounding rain.
