The streets were filled today. Sports stores were crazy packed, 90% of the people were wearing jerseys. Every conversation u heard were about tomorrows game. Theres just nothing that I can compare to what its like to see a World Cup in Brazil. Not one sporting even moves people like it does down here. You can breath it in the air, you can feel it in the streets. We all know that stadium cost more then it should, that FIFA is evil and it will make all the money. Football is religion, its the only thing that wakes me up at 5 am without a problem. The only thing that can move a nation, in spite of all the corruption. Tomorrow banks will be closed, schools gave an extra 2 weeks vacation, post office is closed. Cuz the 200 million people of brazil will be tuned for the most watched tv event in the world. I know its wrong, I know theres corruption. But frankly I just dont care for 1 month. Heres to the hexa! Brasil!!!!!!!!! Ps. I apologize in advance for all the soccer posts in the next 30 days.
