The strike in PSB is providing an oppurtunity to private sector banks to grab business from clients of PSBs. This can result in loss of market share of PSBs which will affect every stake holder including staff. Which stake holder will be least affected and who will get severe beating is well known to everbody. By strike, employee mark a protest against a move by the owner which draws the attention of authority and of other on lookers. Its a matter of debate that the current agitation is how much succesful in its objective but it is very much felt that this is eroding business base among customers who matters. The leadership must think about change in their strategy one may be by going on strike but not abstaining from work but refusing the salary for the day. This move may attract greater media attention and help employees in gaining sympathy of people. All the employees who are going to get benefitted may be motivated to participate in this move of refusal of salary irespective of class and cadre.
