The stripping of St. Laurentius of the beautiful statues, sacred items, stations of the cross are all examples of the vindictiveness of this archdiocese under Archbishop Chaput and his current right hand man in Fishtown, Father Sibel. They are an attempt to demoralize the faithful parishioners and supporters of St. Laurentius who are simply attempting to practice their Catholic Christian faith in a worship site which has such profound personal spirituality and sacredness--a fact which the archdiocesan leaders refuse to conceptialize. Please continue to call to ensure the safety and correct cataloging of all of the items removed from our church by calling Ed Rafferty.
