The strongest steel goes through the hottest fire... My father and i made custom hunting knives for some years, we would get this steel in, and the first thing we had to do was to draw it with fire. (get it really hot and let it cool slowly so it would draw the natural temper out of it so it was softer)... that way it would be easier to shape the blade the way it needed to be. I think God does that with us. He makes us more moldable so He can work with us and form us back to His plan for our lives. Once my father and i were done shaping the blade we then would heat it hotter than we did before and cool it quick to re-temper the steel. but we had to be careful not to cool it too quick or it would become brittle and weakened and not to let it cool slow or it would be too soft to hold an edge and would bend. God knows just how to temper us, We go through the hottest fire to prepare to be strong. but if we cool too quickly we become brittle with bitterness. or if we cool too slowly we become bendable and are movable when trouble comes. Its tough to go through, but God can bring you through the hottest fires without getting you burned. You just have to hold onto His hand. Trust Him, Hell bring you through this.
