The struggles of my people hurt me emotionally. I preach black history and rights daily not because Im prejudice or hateful; because Im not, and I truly believe that people of different cultures can Co exist and learn from each other. I also know that we, as a people, have a major role in our downfalls. However, for every effect there is a cause. We the black nation, the are the only truly disenfranchised people. An entire culture has been murdered. From religious beliefs to language, children, pride, and chastity of our women. You can contribute that to slavery. Yes that was a whopping 400 to 500 yr ago but so where their great great great grandparents cotton boom, which their bank account have remained very healthy. I will not pretend like in America I have the same rights and privileges as others when Im not treated the Same. We are faced with the same separate but equal crap covered in facades of public education housing and policing in American cities. I will not blame my people for centuries of hurt and hate based solely on complexion. I will not act as if everything in America is ok. I will not pretend like in America Im view as a normal guy..... as a Matter of fact Im not....Im black Im proud of that. Im aware of who my people are and what those(not all but most)have done to us.....i dont mind being a threat... just understand why Im a threat.....i will not rob you because I work daily......i will beat you if you hit me.....i will not rape your wife or daughters...i have a beautiful earth who bore my seed.....i will not teach him to hate you.....but your past actions might......i will teach my brothers who you are and who they are....i will attempt a revolution....i will look to improve the lives of my people and my family.....
