The temple is mind blowing. It is very intense, so much sadness, reflection, release, beauty, love, peace, hope n prayers. Its impossible not to shed a tear inside. But what a beautiful space for people to come and be grateful, be one with your emotions, and remember those so close to us that have past. When i think of my grandfather, I miss his physical presence, but i feel him around me ALL the time, he is my guide, and still making me laugh. As I read the poems and letters, so many times I thought, that sounds like I wrote that. We are all ONE. This feeling of oneness, support, really seeing each other, and accepting each other, TAKING CARE of each other...this is the spirit of Burning Man. If you get lost at BM, its the best day of your life. I got lost many times, being the rainbow social butterfly that i am. At first i witnessed the feeling of frustration, as I was having so much fun with who i was with, but then i would surrender, call in the most magical night ever, and every time I would meet someone or a group of magical beings, and they would take me under their wing- and it would be serendipitous splendour. Ask a stranger today... How are you? What makes you feel alive? What would people say at your funeral? What music makes your blood stir? What are your 3 favourite movies and why? If you could fly to a country tomorrow, which country would you fly to? SPREAD THAT LOVE N JOY OUT my burner buddies. Love you xo
