The thing we always forget is that every land mass we have ever stepped foot on has divided, moved and at some point been conjoined with all the others...and this process is going to continue for as long as the Earth remains in orbit around the sun. What always boggles my mind is when I stand on a shore and look out at an ocean, I remember that not only was that shoreline not always there...but neither was that exact body of water! In fact, it might have even just been land!
