The third Orbital Science Corporation commercial resupply flight is scheduled to launch today at 6:45 pm EDT. The Cygnus spacecraft will be launched from Orbital’s Antares rocket from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport at Wallops Flight Facility. The Near Earth Network and Space Network will be providing communication and tracking services.
