The time has arrived in my lifestyle change where I start questioning if Im even doing this right. Im not counting calories this time around, but I keep seeing everything about it and how you cant lose weight any other way. Ive stopped drinking soda (except for the occasional one MAYBE once a week) and instead drink WAY more water, juice, and iced tea. I have switched to healthier foods than fried things and Cheetos, I eat Wheat Thins and Triscuits instead of chips. Salads, tuna, jerky, cheese, cottage cheese, almonds, yogurt, oatmeal, and rice cakes. Ive started incorporating more fruits and veggies, and more whole foods instead of processed crap. But is that enough? Should I be doing more? Should I even bother or just admit defeat and be fat forever?
