The time vs. budget debate taking place around TIny Homes is equally relevant to us here at The Owner Builder. Do what you are capable of, have time for and feel happy with - thats good. Pay someone else to do the tasks that you are not confident with or at times when your earnings for the time taken for the particular job outweigh the cost involved with getting someone else to do it - thats good too. Each project is individual, with its own positive and negatives to anyone else looking in. What is important is that it is YOUR project - you are the one who needs to live with the decisions you make, not the person making comments about how you are not a real owner builder or a real TIny Homes enthusiast. So, just do it!
