The timing of this global chaos is perfect to create a crisis to ensure Obama stays past his term. Major manufactured instability is needed to convince the people nothing fishy is going on. Ebola, economic crisis and war is all they need to get the job done. The sheep will eat up all of the media lies as usual. Liberals already want to re-write the Constitution and calling for Obama to have broader powers.
