The tragedy is, indeed, very avoidable. Those people should simply stop crossing Mediterranean. Now the situation looks like this: there is a hypothetical punk who has defecated in all the corners of his own apartment. One day he unilaterally decides to move in with his more tidy neighbor. But the punk doesnt just move, he must move in the most peculiar manner -- by climbing through the window of his neighbor, who lives on the 5th floor. Then the punk slips and dies. And the fault in this story lies solely with the unsuspecting neighbor, who didnt even know that the punk exists, nor has ever invited the said punk to his house.
