The transformation is well under way! Old head unit out, seating removed, a nice little Hushmat nest for the underseat Focal amp/sub. Front passenger seat Hushmats in place, carpet and seat reinstalled. New head unit installed, amp/sub tested and ready for tuning. A good start but time to go home. Tomorrow: Hushmats to rear flooring and deck lid (a total of 40 square feet planned), install door and deck lid Focal speakers, reinstall remaining carpets/seating, and tune it all to perfection!
