The tribute page for the second print run of #motherofallmothers is officially closed. It will reopen again just before the third print run. I cannot express how honored and grateful I am to have this opportunity to celebrate, honor and remember the lives of each of your children. The tribute page is an incredibly sacred page to me. I hope it brings a semblance of comfort and hope to every mother of all mothers and every father of all fathers. Thank you for this honor of including your precious and dearly loved children. I love that each one of them will grace the pages of my book. It is in large part what makes this book so incredibly special. I do not take this honor lightly. Not even a little. I write the name of every child gone too soon in the deepest parts of my heart and soul, and keep them there to stay.
