The troubled waters are not to drown us, but to cleanse us.... meditations. Ive accompanied dear friends to 3 funerals in the span of 1 month, with one more to go. Sitting at the feet of dear friends, overcome by grief, mourning deep tears. the great shadow of death. Ive learned that it is not just monday. Not just a begrudged day not preferred during a week. It is an amazing day. A day of potential & promise & love & light. A day unlike any other. A day is which we can beat back the consuming darkness. A day in which we can strike up conversations which truly matter. A day in which we can bear our souls to trustworthy friends. A day in which we can forgive those who may have wronged us. A day in which we can fight for our souls, & not be dragged away by external stimulus. I bid you a good day, those who remain in the land of the living. Life is beautiful...
