The true saving baptism is when you believe God and call on Him to save you, at that moment you are born again and baptized by the Holy Spirit of God, into the body of Christ. Water baptism is just a public confession of faith in Jesus Christs death , burial, and resurrection, and should be done the same as making a public confession with your mouth, a testimony of your faith in the words and promises of God. Water baptism is a physical picture of what happens when you are saved and baptized by the Holy Spirit into the body ( the church ) of Jesus Christ. A spiritual invisible baptism pictured by a physicla water baptism. Water does not save, the Holy Spirit does. And speaking in tongues has nothing to do wit it.
