The truth is that without God we cannot handle much of anything. Every ounce of strength we have comes to us by His grace. We get overwhelmed because we try to handle things in our own strength and abilities. If we lived the way He desires for us we are much better equipped to handle whatever comes our way. We go to God for help when we run out of steam. God would rather that we live so connected to Him that we sense His presence at ALL times and in EVERY situation. Psalms 16:11 You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Nehemiah 8:10 for the joy of the Lord is your strength. In His presence is Joy and that Joy is our strength. Get in His presence and see how things look from there.
