(how many members) -Where the product or service should be available? -When the product or service should be available? -Should the distribution be exclusive, selective or intensive? -Who should control the channel? (Referred to the captain of the channel) -Should channels relationships be informal or contractual? -Should channels members share advertising? (Referred as for co-op ads) -Should electronic method of distribution be used? -Are there physical distribution or logistics issues to deal with? What will cost to keep inventory of products in the store shelves or in the channel warehouses (referred as to filling pipelines)
