The things I was thinking were not good. I very boldly sought help and was accountable. Mature christian men came to my aid with counsel, prayer and things to do. I continually took steps to spend time helping others to balance the self analysis I was doing. Being introspective is a VERY dangerous thing when the voices in your head are saying words that desire to steal kill and destroy. I told everything. I was seeing a psychiatrist for a while and he was only there for the money, he was full of crap. Godly counsel was accurate and was key to my deliverance. I looked for things to do for others and worked hard. All important to psychological health. But ultimately I learned It is VERY hard to hear a call for help when the foreign language is defensive, antagonistic and hateful. Just because you cant hear the cry for help, doesnt mean it isnt there.
