The vague hope and ephemeral dream that is Risen Atlantis continues on its very own, long, slow slog toward a brighter future and barely, coalescing reality. Plans are solidifying with regard to my efforts to both complete my Masters degree and enter a Penn State PhD program. Penn State University and its Masters of Professional Studies in Homeland Defense and Security is my choice of initial advanced degree. I intend to select a suitably complimentary PhD program in order to take full advantage of my 23-years as an US Army retiree.
