The verdict is in - State Farm (after over 2 frickin hours of WAITING!) totalled my car (Chevy Traverse) from the hail damage, despite the fact there was no windows damage. So, the hunt is on for a new one. I need feedback - wed like either a SUV or van that seats 7 or 8. Who has what, AND do you like the dealership/s3ervice dept. you bought it at? We are tired of our usual chevy place and may go elsewhere... HELP!
